trying to do a refund/return and it is coming up with Access Denied.. ive tried 3 different web broswers.
any help would be appreciated,

Just members here like you, so if nothing suggested here works, you may need to contact ebay
Have you cleared cache/cookies etc ?
Are you on a computer or smart phone/Ipad ?
