Your post is incomprehensible.  We are not mind readers here so need a bit more information before being able to help you.

 

Do you have a valid written warranty for the item from an Australian registered business.

Most warranties on ebay are not enforcable even if you go to Fair Trade.

Not to mention they are a seller/manufacturer responsibility and not eBay's.

 

If the OP is contemplating taking eBay to Fair Trade on a warranty issue, I suspect the correspondence will be brief and end in tears.
