Signing in all the time

Why on earth all of a sudden do I need to continually sign in, despite ticking the stay signed in option.

This can happen if your computer cache is clogged up, or if other technical issues are wreaking havoc.

 

You can try the following:

 

  • Use another web browser (especially if you're using Internet Explorer. IE is the worst browser for accessing eBay); try Firefox or Chrome instead; or
  • Clear cache, delete cookies, delete history, or even do a hard refresh (Ctrl - F5); or
  • Use another computer or device for now

Hopefully one of these will help you.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, but none of the above . I  clear C&C regularly and use google. It started with the new "improved version".

I have the same problem. It looks like I am signed in, but my options of saving to a List disappears. It does it even when I am currently using the site.

Yes abc, that's exactly what is happening. Hope they sort out this glitch.
