I don't live in Australia

When I search for items the page loads as though I live in Australia.....I live in California. I do a search nearest to me and things come up from Austraila.  How do I directly e-mail ebay account services,  I keep getting an error code when I try to change my settings.

You are on the eBay Australia site here, you need to log in to eBay.com instead of eBay.com.au

You are on the Australia site.

Don't try to change your settings.....just log out of eBay.com.au and back into eBay.com.
