It affects your listings because no one else can bid and if you're bidding on an item then you can't bid that's how.

So if you're the seller you will sell at the price this issue happened if it isn't fixed before the end of listing and if you're a buyer then you might win that's how.

Don't forget that sellers will loose even more than ebay,I lost out last time as some of my items sold for less that they would have if this issue never happened.

It affects everything. I can't re-list, I can't list, I can't Sell Similar. And no doubt once it stops (getting on for over an hour for me now) there will be no compensation from Ebay for lost sales (no-one can bid or buy if they can't get to any listing they click on!) - just like the last time!

the android app is working

Yes that's right last time the phone app worked but I didn't have any phones in the house so that's the answer perhaps again.
