How do we fix the Scrolling Tool so it will work properly?

Hello

I have been having problems with the Scrolling Tool when using it. Sometimes it will stop and start and then won't work properly

at all. This has been happening since I joined eBay. I have contacted staff at eBay for help and they did help once or twice but the Scrolling Tool still doesn't work very well.

I wish they had a Technician on call who could help fix the Scrolling Tool.

Does anyone else have this problem and what have they done to fix it or are they putting up with it like me!

I am not very happy with this at all. One would think that a company like eBay would have a better Technical Department that could help their Sellers because without the Sellers there would be no eBay

A couple of things to try.

Download a free adblocker as the eBay site can run slow at times.

The lag in loading and processing can appear as if it's the mouse stopping or affecting scrolling.

Also cleaning the mouse can sometimes help.

I have been **bleep** off with this from day 1 lol.

I've done all things that I thought had to be done but still it's **bleep** lol.

Ebay is the only site that does this,no other site has this problem.

Ebay are really behind the world with this problem.

I could clear and clean and scrub my entire computer and this problem still remains with ebay it's driving me nuts at how slow ebay is.

Are you using Internet Explorer?  I had this same problem when using Internet Explorer, now I use Google Chrome and no problems whatsoever.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, try Google Chrome.

In the meantime, until it is fixed how it should be, would holding shift and page down help?

No I am using Google Chrome I am still having this problem now and it is 27/12/2018

i am using Google Chrome and have had this problem since joining ebay . like others it is driving me nuts as well. upthearts6

When scrolling eBay I don't use the scrolling tool most of the time,(it's bad for arthritic pain and carpel tunnel

syndrome,(so I just click on the empty side of the page and use the page up and page down buttons).

Much simpler and easier to use, good.gif

I use the wheel on my mouse. Has always worked for Firefox and Chrome.

If I need a long scroll, I click and drag the sidebar.
