I am relatively new to selling and I am trying to get the listing analytics free app under the APP tab, but it doesn't work - It's not you it's us' message pops up! What does that mean? Is ebay working on it? It would be useful for us to have the analytics, this is basic info that ebay has already.

Can anyone enlighten me on this?
