I scheduled a markdown sale to begin on 16/10 @ 7pm, was pending for 48 hours. Spoke to 3 different customer service people who said to just keep waiting .. I then spoke with another lady who said the sale must have glitched, I should cancel it

and start a new sale. I have done that and 5 hours later it's still 'Pending'. What is going on?? I have never had to wait more than a minute for sales to begin ..
