On "My eBay Selling Overview" page I can see a listing that has a "Messages From Buyers" item, and I can see a user id and an excerpt of a message. 

If I click Reply, or if I just go to "My eBay Messages" I cannot see the message.  Also, no copy of the message has been sent to my email account.

How can I find this message?
