When I checked an item I am waiting for in the addition postage, it comes up with another item I purchased and has been delivered. This is not he first time this has happened. Fix the problem.

Not quite sure what you mean "addition postage". Bring up the item in your purchase history and check for tracking number or maybe ask seller when sent.
