I have accidentally posted my listings on the U.S website. Is there a way for me to change them to the australian website without having to do them again??

No.

They need to be ended and listed on the Aus site.

But copy n paste the description n title and the photos you probably still have on the computer.

 

Some are listed on the Aus site.
