when looking into a request or case after clicking "see details"

we have no idea whos case is being looked at because there is no buyer id, date, item number viasble at the top or bottom without clicking into other windows... this is very irritating and poor layout.

There is no point leaving it here as, as stated, eBay neither read nor respond to board posts.

I'm lucky. I've never had more than one case open at a time, so I know which is which.
