Have you reported it yet?
Nobody from eBay or the tech dep. read here
Do you have an ad blocker?
Are you using an older version of Firefox?

Others have reported problems and suggested turning off adblocker for the eBay site.
Which has worked for some.

They do have an email contact, but it is useless because it is bot generated
You can contact eBay via Live Chat, under the help tab at the top or bottom of any page
Or read through any of the many other posts here from people having issues to see if any of the suggestions given by other members are helpful
You are right though, even if you did report it, more than likely eBay will either tell you there is no problem or that they will pass it on to tech (both unlikely)
Their blurb here that 'tech staff check the forum for issues' is total nonsense
They don't and have'nt for many years

eg. purchased history, bids, etc worked after disabling it for that area, then we had to disable it again to get photos to show when editing listings, and for a couple of other different types of pages.

Rather than disable the ad blocker entirely, I started looking into WHY this is happening...
Looks far worse than eBay wanting to run ads... It appears is the eBay port scanner. This could explain why some people find it doesn't work even without an ad-blocker... Their anti-virus may be blocking it (quite rightly, IMO).
The fix would be for eBay to not do things that hackers would do.
