Ebay can't process return or let seller process refund

I have an order 15-05674-90178 which is being returned shipped. But I cannot open a return recorded in Ebay. Seller said that Ebay also blocks them from processing a cancellation in order to issue refund.

Does the seller seem honest

 

Or are they in China with horrid feedback?

 

Have you contacted eBay about it?

Guaranteed to be an Asian seller with a comment like that, because it is absolute carp. Sadly, it sounds like the OP sent the item back without going through the dispute process. I hope it wasn't an expensive item, because I would be surprised if they haven't done their dough with this.

 

As usual, we'll probably never know, because they don't come back to update.

Exactly what I suspect

 

And possibly the next line the seller will give will be they 'can't' do anything until they get positive feedback from the buyer (or some similar boy cow business)
