Most times so far if I go into eBay first instead of the discussion boards it lets you sign into the boards.

I've had no problems with Chrome but have had with Firefox and Edge.stubborn_smiley_by_mirz123-d4bt0te_zps12f1a5a3.gif

 

It's an eBay glitch and  shutting down and restarting the pc is generally used if there are Wifi problems.
