"Edit Store" Not working - disallows login

Hi,

 

This has been a problem for a couple of days and I did ask someone on the help chat but they couldn't figure it out so:

 

My login details aren't accepted ONLY when I go to the "Edit Store" function. It asks for my password as many pages do and it won't accept. Any other login attempt elsewhere on the page is fine, just not the edit store one. So basically I can do anything from my account but edit my store. 

 

Have tried basic stuff like changing passswords, different browsers etc

You're right - I can't log in there either....but have recently had 'bulk edit' issues, which may or may not be related

The only other thing I can suggest is to clear cache and cookies. Though a different browser should negate the need.

 

It IS Friday, maintenance day. I realise the issue didn't start today, but maybe leave it until tomorrow.

 

It won't let me sign in to edit my store either, so it's certainly not specific to you.

There appears to be a workaround posted on the US discussion boards at that previous link.

 

I do not have a store that I can test it on, though, to see if it works on the Australian site without futher modification.
