Return policy tech issue

Hi team,

anyone else having issues trying to list new items due to eBay saying you need to update refund policy when I am already using same policy for other 15 items I’m selling with no issue previously up until today where it won’t accept same refund policy code for some reason thereby not allowing me to list new items

What does it say when you open and view the policy itself? Do any alerts come up?
