My photos upload fine, and did so over FOUR years ago when the question was originally asked.

Try a different browser, clearing cache and cookies, taking new pics, making sure they are jpegs...

I doubt it is a general technical fault, given nobody seems to have complained in over FOUR years and the OP resolved it as due to their computer, not eBay
