Why doesn't the ebay app recognize a COD payment where the feedback has been left?

I have tried to live with the ebay app but it is not as good as it should be. If you buy an item and pick up and pay cash, leave feedback and the seller marks as sent the app keeps saying pay now even though I have gone through and marked as payment set on the website. Not happy, any suggestions?

Maybe the seller needs to mark it as paid.

Full site doesn't work on mobile anymore app is poor quality sad they spoiled it.
