pc account has no history. have to look at my phone for purchases etc how to fix?

Have you looked in both "summary" and "purchases" ?
Edit. Both are working fine for me on WIN 10 and Firefox.

Working fine for me too (on a laptop with Windows 11).
Have you tried clearing cache and cookies or another browser?

Are you signed in to the same eBay account on both devices?
