Hi I can’t print out my label to post parcel and post office can’t print it out or scan QR code so not sure what to do to send parcel as post office couldn’t help me ?

Cancel the label and handwrite a label and take it to the PO and pay there. I think it takes 3-4 weeks, maybe longer, to get refunded for a cancelled label (to ensure it hasn't been used).
