You can ask them to stop, demand they stop, report them to Ebay, tell them they are harassing you...
BUT THEY WILL KEEP MESSAGING YOU.
Ebay is perfecting fine with this behaviour.
Have you had a similar experience with sellers out of China?

Put them on your blocked list and also block their messages.
