What happened when you tried to contact them?

If you were able to send a message, but they have failed to respond, open an item not as described dispute if you are still within the time limit

Where were they registered and what was their feedback like?

A glance at the seller's feedback will tell you if "anyone had dealings with this company".

Did you check the feedback prior to the purchase?

What does "cannot get in touch with them" mean?

You have sent a message & had no response or something else?

Have you tried to contact them from your purchase history ("contact seller") or have you just searched for their name? They could have changed their ID since you bought the item. 

As Sandy said, we need more details. How long ago did you buy your item? It is also possible that they have been suspended or that they have been booted if they were really scammers.
