But now I want to have a go at drop shipping, i will need the payments quick, as to be able to pay the wholesaler, and get the product to the buyer asap.

Even very experienced sellers are wary about drop-shipping - if you do it you will be at the mercy of the company/site you're dealing with, and quite likely end up with dissatisfied customers possibly ending your selling career on eBay.

Heads'-up - that particular post is a spam post. The content of other replies was taken, and each piece was joined together, run through a translator to a different language, run back again in reverse so as to get a rather nonsensical "version" of the previous replies (and giving the post a sort-of appearance of legitimacy), and one word was then selected to insert a link to another website when the final result was posted in this thread.

This is the third such post I've spotted over the last few days. I have of course reported them, and I hope they were deleted. (I haven't checked.)

Good pickup Countess - that flew right over my little head............

eBay doesn't seem interested, Countess.

There have been many over the last few months, reported yet still extant. Doesn't seem to be a plot on eBay's radar.

One would almost think that eBay really don't give a rat's about Australia. Given that there are no dedicated staff, almost everything is automated botted, given that what staff they employee to deal with convicts have no idea....
