Are you the buyer or the seller?
Ebay are not going to know, they are just the 'advertising platform'
do you have an email or anything in your paypal to show the transaction?

I assume you purchased as a guest.
Look in your emails for the seller's eBay name then contact the seller.

the seller was ebay -the only emails i have recieved are from enigmabear and kopenhagen 5 for which,many thanks

eBay don't sell anything.
You can only have bought from a seller listing on eBay.
