Postage and Cash on Pick-up

I'm new to Ebay and just a little confused here. Can someone please tell me the step by step on what to do when you won a bid, you look at the methods of payment and it says 'Cash on Pick-up' and free postage. Help would greatly appreciated!

If you want it posted, you pay via PayPal.

If you are picking it up, you pay by cash after you inspect the item and make sure it is as described.
