is it possible due to the ebay managed payment? I as a private buyer and seller, always wondering what if the buyer doesn't have a bank a/c linked to ebay?I still buy stuff from ebay and still use Paypal, not sure what's happening here, thought ebay ...

the 'on' button is there, very big, usually the size of half of the screen. the ebay management must be blind to see such a big 'on' button.
