I just checked again and I'm pretty sure Apple Pay used to be there and it no longer is? I swear I saw it there this morning!These are the only payment options coming up for me - definitely seems like a technical glitch.

Just chatted with eBay support and they confirmed it is a technical issue and suggested I check back after some time (max 24 hours).
