Found on this post. eBay will replace the current single "Pre-owned" value (condition_id: 3000) with the following values:Pre-owned- Fair (condition_id: 3010)Pre-owned- Good (condition_id: 3000)Pre-owned- Excellent (condition_id: 2990).
