I have opened a dispute with a seller regarding an order that did not
arrive. ebay now says I can ask them to intervene but I cannot see
anywhere to click to do that? I am going round in circles!!!!
Just an update......I tried again online this morning to get ebay to
step in but it was the same situation as yesterday Nowehere was there
the option for this.... In the end I was able to book a telephone call
back and my refund was arranged over the...
Thank you for your advice I have done that and all that comes up is "see
request details". When I cick on that it just takes me to the page that
says "send a message to the seller" or "close this request"
