Ebay should have a tab that indicates that item was received. then to release funds that are on hold.Items could have been picked up or dropped off.

No tracking if items picked up or dropped off,I have had occasions where buyer was only around the corner from me. So I dropped item off

Why is there not an easier way to contact Ebay.Complex queries cannot be answered by automated server, and when you get an agent it is still not helpful, or they disconnectAnd for this we are slugged 10.9% , I agree That's ridiculous.
