Yes sales go through then the money bounces back to the buyer who then
sends me a message asking why payment failed 3 times some get upset with
me and there is nothing i can do.And yes i realise being a new seller
takes time that is my whole point ye...
It was nothing to do with the new account it was changing to a Business
on ebay under a Trust option managed payments spat the dummy. The new
store is 100% seperate and working fine its my existing store that
payments bounce back to buyers.
I was already on managed payments for the last six months I just
followed ebays directions nothing was mentioned like the above. Thank
you for showing me this link at least now I know that this is the
problem cheers for the heads up.

taken me almost 3 yrs to get that page to were it is. Yes i opened a
back up page that has to start from scratch $15,000 selling limit Paypal
fees higher selling fees no feedback ...
