Do I post my item when payment reaches my PayPal account or once I receive it in my bank account using the 'withdraw' tool in Paypal?

I'm new to ebay and wondering if I post my item once I get the email notification that payment has been received thru paypal. Or, after using 'withdraw' and waiting for the payment to arrive in my bank account?
