I have received my account statement ansd see again I am being charged a
a Final Value Fee on Shipping what is this for the shipping costs for
postage I sometimes free postage at my expence so why this extra cost ?

know what the difference is looks, views, watchers, etc to sell an item
it has to be seen which my items are not doing the point is if I had
