changing email on afterpay

I am trying to change my email address on afterpay with ebay I have done it on Afterpay but every time I try to use afterpay on ebay it always comes up with my old email address

I want to do a combined postage from USA - Aust but vendor says it can't be done

I have bought some fabric squares from USA & would like to buy more from this vendor who says she works with ebay only & postage is $22 per item to Australia using ebay postage costsI normally buy 6 yards of fabric from USA for this amount of postage...
