I accepted a refund, but they went on a break for Chinese New Year, and
have not replied to any email sent to them.This has taken the sale well
out of the 45 days to report.Just want my money back from an item never
received.
I also had an order not arrive, I emailed seller to let them know, and
received an email back saying I could have a refund.This was accepted,
and I emailed them back straight away, but then they went on a break for
Chinese New Year door nearly 2 week...
