I got one from captain Davies who is in the armed forced and stationed in Iraq when i listed my house on Owner.com

I don't know what he was trying to pull but it isn't wool over my eyes.
Google the contents of the email,names etc.
It should take you to a scam warning site.

These grubs will try anything to scam people..
