Brrrrrrrr still really cool here, I did not use the airconditioning much in summer but I am surely making use of the reverse cycle for warmth this year.
PAULINE I read that post as the poster not knowing you had cancer with your eye and I must admit that I did not realise that either until it was pointed out.
I agree with Karen a genuine friend would not have emailed you that post, just got rid of it as they would have known it would hurt you.
I really believe that most people on this board view your situation with nothing but compassion and wish you all the best always. That is just my take on it though and I think you would be wise to just accept the support you have and not read so much into what you percieve to be a negative attitude towards you.
Anyways off to Bunnings to procure some new roses as winter has had a very bad impact on mine:(

PJ with all due respect, you have always said that you are a survivor. Well, put those strengths into action. You claim that someone was nasty about your eye but the post was reported. Why was it necessary, then to bring it up then? I personally didn't see it but I can understand why people get upset when you bring up things like that. It's your word against theirs.
As far as Soul talking about you having cancer or not.........you yourself are not certain on that either until the pathology comes back.
Justifying every little detail of your illness is so unnecessary. It's none of anybody's business.

I agree sound its so hard to know the context on these boards. Some on the boards are plain nasty(best bet is ignore them) and others are lovely people. If it was soul that posted that I doubt she was having a go at you PJ, maybe she just didn't know?

I just wonder if the person who emailed you put their spin on things to stir up trouble. Move on and maybe concentrate on those friends who do have your best interests at heart and just want to encourage you.

Hahaha I was going out this morning and decided the wind was too bad, so no gardening for me lol
I am quite excited as it is school hols next week and I am having both my grandsons for a week, WOW
I am off to brissie next weekend and I hope to meet up with a lovely friend from ebay that I have been chatting with for oh about 5 years and of course I hope to see Rosieglen as well, what excitement and I just hope it is not so cold down there:)

Still have not started the freezer yet. Got the washing out. And to make it worse the fridge and freezer are in the back of the ute. Oh joy what fun I shall have later. NOT.

Off for a walk and a coffee at Gloria Jeans. My treat for the day. Made on skinny milk of course. Been eating wat yoo much choclate. Which is unusual for me.

Firstly, I still find it incredibly hard to believe that someone on these forums would be callous enough to post the horrible things you stated.

Secondly, I hope the little lumps on your eye are non-cancerous.
