Yes Rosie its horrible............we just want to downsize and to get on with our life.......we have seen a wonderful 3 br duplex like a small house that we both love but of course have to have a rock solid contract before putting an offer in on that.  Yes u can almost look at people and know if they are genuine and or not:(
