you will find a broker will only offer deals on banks who pay them a fee for securing a new customer.......the smaller banks dont do that.....hence why i would not use a broker. community owned ones are good

Doesn't worry me they do their job I get my house.  I have a competitive interest rate and my loan is cheaper than renting would be.
