Write a letter (snail mail) and you will get a fast response. If it is not satisfactory, write another letter.

Their company motto should be:
"We set low standards and fail to achieve them".

Okay, I now only dislike them.
I just called them again and got thru after only about 1-2 minutes wait. The 1st person I spoke to seemed to know what she was doing and has hopefully fixed my problem. Although I won't actually know if it's been fixed until about 24 hours from now 😐

I must have a charmed life I get to talk to a real person within 2 minutes and then get redirected to a call centre in Australia.
I do have an edge though i have a magic number to call 🙂
Sorry I am not permitted to pass it on

I don't need for a number to call my chosen mobile or internet provider... they don't mess customers around.
Their customer services reps are ALL based in Australia.
