I thought they changed that bump. It was 5 feedback required I think for the help forums, which was silly as it is often the very new, no feedback buyers that need help.

They should still be able to read the threads anyway, which is helpful when you are first starting out.

ok i dont like some of the peoples sarcasm i dont know what situation you have been on the chat but dont be to quick to judge its un call for,  i am new to this im curios to know whats out there i dont have a job so this is my last resort and most of the stuff ill be selling is hand made jewelry and scarves to see how that goes i am also studying so its hard to spend 8 hours of chat on ebay.   and to  thoughs who are more relaxed thnx for the ideas of what i more likely need and warm messages i am not going to lie about why i am really here its just not me
