I've got a variety of manual grinders..use them for everything from grinding coriander to all colours of peppercorns, white, green, black...nothing like fresh ground, and battery operated won't last....I've even got a marble grinder....and an old coffee grinder...luvs her coffee...real coffee that is....black gold...texas tea.....

I am watching New Zealand from above, Beautiful, so Green

I can't wait to visit New Zealand...

I have heard so much about it, it sounds unbelievably beautiful

we had rump, spuds onion, eggs and toasted bread all cooked on the barbie by yours truly, for some reason the meat always seems better cooked on a hot plate.

all true too blacky, the place is great for the eyes, especially the south island

Signatures suck.

i love roasts cooked in the oven from a wood stove nothing like it, i would have a wood stove in this house but the kitchen isn't quite large enough

the is how i learnt to cook on a wood stove.

Best Scones I ever made in my life was on a wood stove, was staying on a small island in NZ

Yes, the South Island Is is best.Smiley Very Happy

everything tastes so much better on a wood stove i even mastered cooking profiteroles in them.

even cooking toast on the coals  was nice, i miss that.

If you like the cold and mountains south island, if you like beaches and stunning native forest North island.
