by the time you are diagnosed with vascular dementia, it's usually way to late to do anything about it. A side effect of diabetes

Lucky for me diabetes is not an issue, I got the results of a full blood test last Thursday and every thing is with in acceptable levels and even the red and blood cells are happy little critters.

I want to lose some more weight, have lost 10kg so far and now I can start some exercise I want 10 more gone by summer.

You're right, kg, diabetes can cause circulation problems that result in vascular (meaning blood vessels) dementia... Any circulation issue can cause it. It's a horrible disease and one that is certainly worth preventing, if possible.
.

Every body is going to react to different things...

Try it out Hawk and see how it goes... deep tissue injuries take so long to heal... I have used and know people that have used the TENS machine to help with back pain... three said it helped two didn't like it...  I have also heard people talk about the ultrasound machines... some say it is wonderful and some say it isn't any good.

I hope it helps and does the trick.

Go for a walk.  Hawk, If your circulation doesn't get boosted on that motor bike you have then something is wrong with your system.

How about everyone gets out there and does some exercise.  I'm going to a follow me exercise session on Monday.  You just have to follow the trainer and suffer along biggrin2.gif
