Lol, pepe..poor kitty 🙂
True, joe..it is important to be careful , just try to nurse it through the recovery time
yep, i found nuthing would help at those chroinc stages
no sudden movements! only time will heal
well, even when everythings settled down, its best not to make sudden movements or even do vigorous excercise
..meditative (excercise) calm movements are the go for our age lol

flannie.. I thought a bit of global warming might be happening down your way.![]()
Countessa, got the sugar cane mulch and some more polyanthus. They had lots of fresh plants in for a change, sometimes it is slim pickings there.

Love polyanthus too ..and petunias
So tell me joe ,chasing that silly chook wouldn't have helped ,or bolting away from that possum in my gumboots ?
I am blaming my gumboots they are not supportive , might have to upgrade to blunstones they will clash with my flannies tho pmsl !.

annie if you are still able to chase a chook lol, or bolt away from that evil possum you mightnt be as bad as i thought.
when i pull a muscle in my lower back i cant even slide into the drivers seat of my car, or hardly walk.
theres a number of remedies for a 'sore' back
the best is to learn how to maintain your back through daily stretch exercises. (a bit of massage might help it along for the beginner
