no sudden movements! only time will heal
well, even when everythings settled down, its best not to make sudden movements or even do vigorous excercise
..meditative (excercise) calm movements are the go for our age lol

Countessa, got the sugar cane mulch and some more polyanthus. They had lots of fresh plants in for a change, sometimes it is slim pickings there.

oh polyanthus are pretty, must get some next time i'm in town , our bunnings is pretty good always have lots of plants

annie if you are still able to chase a chook lol, or bolt away from that evil possum you mightnt be as bad as i thought.
when i pull a muscle in my lower back i cant even slide into the drivers seat of my car, or hardly walk.
theres a number of remedies for a 'sore' back
the best is to learn how to maintain your back through daily stretch exercises. (a bit of massage might help it along for the beginner
