Items are being sold as being in Australia at point of sale , items are then advised as sent when the tracking shows no movement past 10 business days. I've had one late deliver (10 days+) from Amazon USA whilst being told that it was sent through Australia Post by a seller who stated the item was already sent in Australia when sent. Two other have come late from Dock A3, 11 lord St Street Botany NSW 2019. Both were from different sellers. False and Misleading advertising and selling is a violation in Australia so it might be time for eBay to look into and correct this before the ACCC and/or Dept of fair trading get's involved.

From July 1, all sold items valued under 150 euro sent to the EU will incur a 3 euro customs duty each. I have checked eBay announcements on whether eBay are facilitating this collection from buyers at the payment point as the importer, but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know anything more about this, or if eBay requires sellers to handle their own duties similar to the US import tariffs via Zonos?

I am trying to list but the error message keeps coming up that I need to put in a buy it now more than $1. I am definitely putting in a price. Have logged out and back in and issue is still happening. I have tried a few listings and all the same.

I am scheduling items to list on 1st September. I have just discovered that, although I change the Buy it Now amount for each entry, when I view the scheduled listing it shows the listing price for the previous listing. eBay does not allow me to correct the price. This has never happened before and is potentially disastrous and prices vary, sometimes dramatically, between listings. Is this a temporary eBay glitch? I am unable to revise the price.

Can anyone help me re postage. I am new and a senior. I just sold an item of approx 350gram which according to Aus post will cost approximately $18 including a padded bag. It listed $8.26 that the buyer will buy in the costs but it’s way off. Can I do anything?

Listing and selling price not accepted!! I'm trying to list items for next week - as I always do and ebaya keeps rejecting them and blanking out the price I add . No help with auto assistant. Is this happening to anyone else?

I'm newish to eBay (been at it a few months), I had a few issues/questions I raised with eBay live chat, they were extremely unhelpful, it seemed like there was a MASSIVE language barrier, they replied in scripts that weren't applicable to my questions, I've asked questions 5 times like "how do I complain about your unprofessional conduct" to which I get a generic script like "I understand your frustration, what were you needing help with today", showing they aren't listening to what I'm saying. I've spent 1 1/2+ hours, got transferred 6+ times, no one trying to assist. It's almost as bad as Meta/FB Marketplace staff.
