Paypal Link not available in Accounts Tab
Ive gone to the accounts Tab and theres not link to PayPal in Payments. Only has "Add credit or debt card " in which i have done. Google AI - and Microsoft Edge, and Ebay Help have indicated a tab to do this. Thanks.
