It is currently 1 degree here........................freezing.

My windows are all damp on the inside............looks like I will have to dry them with some paper towel.............normally I would just open the window....................but I am feeling unusually cold this morning.

Our eldest grand daughter has a fun day with the Girl Guides yesterday............and I asked her how it went.............she said it was humiliating...........they went ice skating.......and she could not even stand up in the skates.......and they laughed at her when she kept falling over..................poor little thing........but I somehow doubt out of all the girls that went that she was the only one.

Ice skating flashie...brings back memories of a cold butt........lol

Good morning everyone.  I should be out walking or doing something.  Curves steps competition starts today and as long as you wear a pedometer you can join.  For a month we have to write down how many steps you have done for each day and the winner at the end of the month keeps the entrance money.

So far today I have walked to the kitchen three times to make a cuppa and get my breakfast.  I think I will come last.

The treadmill might come in handy   

But a walk to the cake shop sounds better.
