the wild and woolly weather seems to have abated for now, i hope it stays gone.

Well, pepe..today we took the children for a walk, past the firestation, to the library, and then to a local park where we had lunch and they had a big play on all of the equipment

The wind has not stopped blowing

it sounds like a good way to spend the day, except for the wind.

Today is Jacob's 3rd birthday, and I have been out buying a noisy toy. 🙂 With his mother's blessing of course.

Also made a batch of date scones for the afternoon tea on sunday for Mum. Not much else done I must admit.

BC that windy weather is what we had yesterday, and it was awful. Bit of a gloomy day here today, but the wind has dropped TG.

Just doing the usual domestic stuff here today. The wind has dropped here a lot also. The wind got to around 100km p/h in Sydney yesterday.

 

Blackcatt - that does soundl like a fun outing for the kids (excl the wind).

 

Katey - is your g/son having a b'day party?

Hi Am3, just a birthday tea tonight. All he wants is toys and a cake with candles. lol

 

I have such a busy month. Sister in Law on the 9th,Jacob's today, Mum's 90th on 17th,other sister in law on the 15th, and son's partner has her 21st on the 25th.  My head is spinning a bit. lol.

Lovely way to spend the day BC.  Been windy here too...though it's windy most of the time really.  Guess it's because there's nothing to stop it, like buildings etc.  is lovely to have breeezes in Summer though.

 

Art day today.....everyone had fun.

 

I've finally recharged my camera so will endeavor to take pics of the three paintings I've finished and put them on the art thread......maybe tomorrow.

 

Enjoy the evening everyone.....time to bring the pusscats in and feed them.
